Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for every animal that walks through our doors. With a combination of experience, advanced training, and a genuine love for what we do, we’re here to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible, for both you and your pet.
Dr. Taylor Hudspeth
Veterinarian
Dr. Taylor Hudspeth grew up here in Amarillo, Texas as a cheerleader and member of the local 4H and FFA, showing pigs, horses and rabbits. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Texas A&M University as a member of the collegiate horse judging team and four years later
graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. Hudspeth is passionate about veterinary medicine, family and being members of their church. She married her high school sweetheart, Tyler, in 2017 and they have 3 little girls Halsey (6), Hattie (4) and Higgins (2) and a little BOY due in June of 2026. Additionally, they
enjoy their 4 dogs, 3 cats, 8 horses, goat and flock of chickens.
Dr. Hudspeth has been a part of the clinic, previously Young Veterinary Services, since 2014 under the mentorship of Dr. Jeff Young. Dr. Hudspeth bought the practice in July of 2024 and has enjoyed keeping the small town, rural vet environment while adding on additional
equipment and services to further serve the community.
Dr. Hudspeth is particularly interested in small animal internal medicine and enjoys helping clients and pets navigate disease processes such as diabetes mellitus, hyperadrenocorticism,
hypoadrenocorticism and allergies. She enjoys large animal laceration repair, preventive medicine and internal medicine.

Dr. Melissa Mesa
Veterinarian
Dr. Melissa Mesa joined our team with a passion for mixed animal medicine and a commitment to caring for both small and large animals. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas Tech University School of Veterinary Medicine as part of its first graduating class.

Originally from Waller, Texas, Dr. Mesa is proud to now call the Texas Panhandle home. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to better serve and connect with a wider range of clients in our community.

Dr. Mesa has a strong interest in rural veterinary medicine and hopes to one day open her own practice in Dumas, Texas. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Kelsi Parish
Lead Veterinary Technician
Kelsi Parish serves as our Lead Veterinary Technician, playing a key role in both patient care and client communication. She assists with a wide range of medical procedures and helps ensure every visit runs smoothly and comfortably.

Kelsi has a genuine love for animals and treats each patient with compassion and attention. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs and her fiancé, Brandon.

Sandra Young
Office Manager
With over 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role as Office Manager. Her natural warmth, organization, and compassion help create a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
